Distribute Forms
Please call us to customize, print and ship to you exactly the number of
Software Sell Sheets and Order Forms that you will need. You may also, download, print or copy the
school fundraiser forms if you wish. Provide your students with the Software Sell Sheet which contains a detailed description of the software and theStudent Order Form to take home.
Collect Funds & Forms Have your students return the completed student order form and monies to the school. Tip: You may want to set a two week deadline for the return of the order forms.
Place Order Tally your orders and fax back the completed
School Order Form to (718) 261-5112. Your software will be shipped directly to the school within 7-10 days for distribution to your students. The school will be invoiced for the software.
